Some of the features available on the Website require registration or subscription. In addition, you agree to notify Hummingbird of any unauthorized use of your user name or password. In the event that you fail to comply with the obligations set out in this section, Hummingbird Vanilla will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such failure.
