Organic vanilla beans from Uganda are part of the Bantoue collection, named in honor of Uganda's main ethnic group, their terroir of origin. The unique terroir of these beans offers fruity, flowery notes reminiscent of freshly cut hay. These beans are certified organic by ECOCERT CANADA.
Uganda vanilla beans are available in three options:
- The 25g gourmet package, easy to store, with a vanillin content of 1.9% (please follow the storage instructions on the packaging). There are6-7 large pods in each pack.
- The 50g gourmet pack, of the same quality as the previous one. There are12-15 large pods in each pack .
- The 50g extract-quality pack for making your own extracts.
* Please note that during the winter period, all pod orders are always sent by courier (Puro, UPS, Fedex...) to prevent the pods from freezing in community post boxes.
