Mexican cocoa puck 125 gr

| /

If you know anything about Mexican gastronomy, it is impossible to miss the famous Mexican chocolate milk. Raw, lightly spiced with cinnamon and sweetened with coarse sugar crystals, this simple recipe is one of the hardest to find in Quebec! I assure you! So I had to prepare it myself to find that taste of youthful travel! The taste of the real thing!

How to use it? Grate it into hot milk to make an old-fashioned chocolate milk; or even better: grate a tablespoon into a small food processor and add a quarter cup of boiling water, grind on high speed, then pour the drink into a small espresso cup. The cocoa butter will rise to the surface in a creamy froth. Drink as is. A real treat!
