Mada-Quebec vanilla extract

This vanilla extract made in Saint-Roch-de-Richelieu is made mechanically with an ultrasonic process, which allows us to produce an excellent quality extract, without having to wait a year, as with the long maceration method.

Made from vanilla beans from the Koperativa Lovasoa, and an alcohol flavoured with cherry and wild plum macerated for 15 months, this extract presents powerful vanillin notes typical of Madagascar, in a fruity bouquet all in length with notes reminiscent of rum and amaretto. A few grains of organic sugar have been added, recalling the ancestral Haitian recipe from which this little jewel was inspired.

This 100% pure and natural extract is an excellent quality product, without any pretension, and more economical than the long version. Perfect for all your pastries!
