Colibri Vanilla is very proud to import the only vanilla extract in the world that currently holds a Denominaciòn de Origen Mexico appellation contrôlée (AOC): Vainilla de Papantla.

Made exclusively from vanilla from the Papantla region, pure water and 35% alcohol, this extract is among the best vanilla extracts in the world. Just like Mexican vanilla beans, its vanilla taste is very chocolatey with some nutmeg notes.
